REIWAG Facility Services GmbH, headquartered in Vienna, acquired 64% of the shares in the real estate service provider Atrium in Serbia at the end of 2022.
The new partnership will enable significant growth of REIWAG's services in Serbia and enhance the company's capabilities in real estate-related services such as brokerage, facility management, cleaning services and technical maintenance.
Through REIWAG's majority stake, Atrium gains access to knowledge centers and training opportunities, as well as REIWAG's strategic collaboration with LIONSBOT, the world's leading manufacturer of cleaning robots made in Singapore.
REIWAG is an self-financed, family-owned Austrian group of companies with annual sales in 2022 of
89.5 million euros, more than 3,000 employees.
Currently, almost 7.1 million m/2 are serviced daily in Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, Romania and Serbia.
Atrium is an integrated real estate service provider founded in 2005 by Roman Klott. The company currently employs more than 300 people and manages luxury large commercial and residential properties such as Belgrade Waterfront, Galerija Shopping Mall and Belgrade Office Park. The company was also among the first to obtain a Serbian facility management license.
